Matt Korona is an Instructional Facilitator, Technology for Freedom High School in Loudoun County Public Schools where he has worked for the past six years. Prior to his IFT role, he worked as a middle school language arts teacher in Prince William County for eight years. He earned his Ph.D. in 2022 and specialized in Literacy(ies), Culture, and Reading as well as Designing Digital Learning in Schools. His work focuses leveraging digital tools to promote equitable learning experiences for students and innovative teacher professional learning through the lens of digital and media literacy education.
