As teachers and building leaders this has been a challenging year and a year of adjustment and trying new things. The remote and hybrid classroom calls for adjustment in both our strategies and expectations. This session will focus on the 6 principles for all remote and hybrid learning to maximize effectiveness, to alleviate teacher anxiety, and to make the most of synchronous, asynchronous and independent time for our students. This can be applied immediately to any classroom.
