Every class has students who miss instruction and students who need to hear the instructions multiple times. Many teachers teach the same class multiple times, and worry that they'll leave something out--"Did I already say this to this class?" Creating a screen cast allows you to record your teaching in your own voice and your own style so students can view your lesson as many times as needed, and frees the teacher from "Can you repeat that" kinds of questions. This works great for students to demonstrate their learning, as well.
