Podcasting - A Tool for Creativity, Learning and Sharing

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

A podcast is an audio or video transcription of information that can be played anytime and anywhere (Riley, 2019). Podcasts have become a very popular medium for listening and learning about topics of interest and can be an excellent medium to use in your classroom. Want to learn more about YOUR FUTURE with podcasting? Join us and participate in our live podcast format presentation as we discuss and share our ideas and experiences using podcasts in the classroom. Participants will learn ideas for use of existing podcasts in the classroom and ways your students can use their own creativity to create and share their own podcasts using simple and available tech tools. Listener questions will be taken via Twitter and resources on how to use the tools discussed during the session will be made available. (Session includes Pre-recorded content)
