Engagement Strategies for Today's Hybrid or Distance Learning Classroom

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Whether we are in a six-foot-spaced classroom or online, our classrooms look different this year. No longer can we rely on our regular pair-and-share or group work formats. That doesn't mean collaboration and sharing are over. How can we take what we already know about engaging students and translate it to distance learning experiences? Join Common Sense Education to engagement strategies for a hybrid or distance learning classroom that is filled with collaboration, communication, and civil discourse. We will explore resources, tools, and strategies to create engaging and welcoming learning environments. You will leave with ideas and resources to engage students this year and next.
